Happy Tuesday to you!!! I just wanted to shoot off an email just letting you know that you have some very exceptional people working with Advanced Business Innovations (AB Innovations). In my two years with Paradigm Association Management Group, I have had many dealings with your staff trying to ‘put out fires’ and attempting to ‘make things happen’ during a time crunch. Every time that I have ever had to contact AB Innovations, your staff has been more than pleasant and helpful. Particularly, let me cite three persons that have always been so helpful, Ms. Bet Clarke, Mr. Don Gautereaux and Mr. David Cameron… Whenever I personally have needed to resolve an issue or troubleshoot an a problem, I speak to Bet Clarke who not only is very kind but is very sympathetic to many of my plights… She works effectively to communicate my own difficulties or issues to the Tech’s…which end up being, 9 times out of 10…an issue that either Don Gautereaux or David Cameron have to jump in on. Speaking of these two fine gentlemen, they are very dedicated and effective employees which reflects highly on the selection of your staff. It’s always been a pleasure to work with them and they are usually able to bring a resolution to many of the issues that I have been involved with in the years that I have had with Paradigm. Please convey my thanks to all three and let them know that their efforts and work ethic have not been lost on me particularly.
